Try the development platform

Use sample hotel data to test the guest and staff service workflow. This is product development, with no real guest messages or charges.

1. Sign in to Hotel Operator with your assigned test account.
2. Create a sample guest link and open it in a separate browser or on your phone.
3. Send a guest service request. In Operator, claim it, send a reply, then complete it.
4. Refresh the guest screen and confirm both replies remain in the history.

Bookings, provider messages and financial writes are not connected in this service-work release. The older connected tour and updates to other applications are not part of this workflow.
